Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing times may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: approximately 3–7 business days
  • International orders: approximately 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, products ordered, and available shipping options.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Aura Style is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Aura Style is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not controlled by Aura Style and are the responsibility of the customer.
